CEEDR Capabilities

CEEDR personnel have significant national and international training and consulting experience. Our international projects have included provision of training and consulting to Iraqi, Egyptian, and Kurdish EMS and emergency management personnel as a key member of the International Emergency Preparedness and Response Research and Training Project (IEPRP).

In addition to the IEPRP experience, our key personnel have experience in numerous countries in the Middle East, Europe, and the Americas conducting emergency management and EMS training, as well as public health and emergency management research. Some of the major projects include EMS systems development in Saudi Arabia, public health and emergency management training and research in the Americas, and EMS systems consulting and training in Europe and the Middle East.

We have provided emergency management, domestic preparedness, and emergency response consulting and planning services to numerous counties, municipalities, facilities, and organizations throughout the state of Maryland and the U.S. In the course of this work, CEEDR has assisted with development and implementation of numerous emergency operations plans and annexes, as well as exercises to evaluate and improve existing plans.

CEEDR personnel have experience working in more than 20 countries and at least as many states, working with emergency management planning and training in jurisdictions of many sizes.
